Governance

Egress – good governance
We recognise our role as a responsible business – for our own account, for the communities in which we and our staff live, work and contribute, and the supply chains of our customers that we form part of.
Good governance underpins each of the other sections that form part of our environmental, social and governance programme. Without it initiatives are not identified and driven forwards, and business risks can be created and remain.
Modern Slavery
We have an internal Anti-Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy that we introduced in April 2015. Whilst we are not subject to the reporting provisions of The Modern Slavery Act in the United Kingdom, we believe that the behaviours prohibited under this Act have no place in our society and therefore we do not want to create an environment in which they can exist within our business or supply chain.
Anti-Bribery
We have an internal Anti-Bribery Policy which is reviewed and enforced by our HR team internally.
