Egress' journey from start-up to scale-up has been an exciting ride!

The Egress journey has been incredible really. I never would have thought that it would kind of turn out the way it has, but actually each year just keeps getting better, and more interesting, and [with] new challenges. But I have to say, we are so proud of what we've built.

We're proud of the technology that we've built. I know it's evolved a lot over the years and it's become something really really interesting now, in the human layer security space.

But actually I think, dare I say, I'm probably most proud of the people and the culture in this business, which of course they are one on the same really. I think that the business that we've built, the inclusive way in which our people work together, you know sharing the same goals and objectives, is quite rare. We're lucky in that everyone in the business is keen to preserve that culture.

But it's a it's a unique balance really, between incredibly ambitious individuals all operating as a kind of team, that that simply always wants everyone in the business to succeed. So Egress is a very different business now as it was five years ago, and I've gotta tell you it's an even more different business it was then from when we founded the business over ten years ago now. But I think what I've learned over the that short journey is that to embrace that change, to continually evolve with the story, because I think that's what's probably made the business and the culture the the success story that it already is.
